Does FotoMagico run on Windows?

No, FotoMagico™ is exclusively available on macOS and iPadOS only. Boinx Software does not work on a windows-based version of FotoMagico.

Please do not download any third-party software claiming that there is FotoMagico for Windows – it’s not and it might contain fraud for you.

How can I manage my subscription?

FotoMagico™ is available at two different marketplaces and your point of purchase defines how to proceed:

What happens if my payment fails during the subscription renewal?

If your payment fails during the subscription renewal, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and we will not be able to reactivate it. However, you can easily start a new subscription by placing a new order through our webstore.

To prevent any interruptions, we’ll send you a reminder email a few days before your renewal date, giving you time to review and update your payment method if needed. You can update your payment details anytime before the renewal by logging into your account.
