How can I manage my subscription?

FotoMagico™ is available at two different marketplaces and your point of purchase defines how to proceed. 

For purchases made through the Apple® App Store® – please follow Apple’s Guidelines here.

For purchases made through the Fastspring Reseller Store on our website, please follow this link.

Recover a licence by email

Forgot your license details? No problem!

If you have misplaced or forgotten your FotoMagico license information, simply enter your email address below. We’ll automatically send your valid license details to the provided email address, so you can get back to creating amazing content without any delay.

How it Works

  1. Enter Your Email: Provide the email address you used when purchasing FotoMagico.
  2. Receive Your License: If the email exists in our system, we’ll send your license information to that email.
  3. Check Your Inbox: Look for an email from us with all the details you need.

Note: Ensure you enter the correct email address to avoid any delays in retrieving your license information. Look for an email from Boinx Software.
