- Deleting blank slides is now allowed, even if set to continue at audio marker. When deleting slides above a music snippet (with audio markers), pressing backspace once just deletes the selected layer, leaving a blank slide. Pressing backspace again then deletes the blank slide.
- Black thumbnails for photos shot on modern iPhones with iOS 26 have been fixed and now display correctly.
- Scaling down excessively large image files from the Storyboard authoring alert now works reliably again.
- Layer border and shadow effects are now rendered with correct colors, if the effect strength is not at 100%.
- Audio markers are now drawn correctly in the Timeline view, even if the first marker sits at 0s.
- Layers that are rotating do not support dragging the pan & zoom fix point indicator. This is now more robust, as a hidden fix point indicator can no longer be dragged accidentally.
- Various stability improvements.

- Playback speed of of video layers and audio tracks can now be changed by using the new playback speed slider in the Options sub section of Video Options or Audio Options in the sidebar.
- Pressing the a-key while scrubbing in Timeline view adds a keyframe point to the animation speed curve of the selected layer. This is analogous to the o-key, which adds a keyframe point to the opacity curve of the selected layer.
- When replacing the media file of a layer via the context menu, the green usage counter in the media browser is now updated correctly.
- Using "Copy"/"Paste on Top" for layers in the Stage or Storyboard is now more reliable.

- For layers that are completeley invisible because the layer itself and it's mask do not overlap anymore, it is now easier to click and manipulate that layer. Simply select it beforehand in the Storyboard, then click inside the white selection frame in the Stage and drag the layer as desired, even if you do cannot see the layer contents (because they are still masked).
- Map layers can now draw an unlimited number of locations and route waypoints. The previous limit of 32 has been removed.
- You can now add a text layer in an empty document or if the playhead is at the end of the slideshow without first adding a blank slide.
- Dragging control points in opacity, animation speed, or effect strength curves is now more reliable.
- Adding or removing points in curves with pressed command key is more robust.
- Double clicking on a curve to edit points numerically in the popover is now more reliable.
- When using multi-slide snippets with pre-defined animations (e.g. titles or splitscreens), the AI animation feature no longer messes up the pre-defined snippet animations.
- Filtering snippets in the media browser by name now works reliably for both Categories and Downloads sections.
- Dragging cursors in timeline mode for adjusting slide durations and transition durations are now more accurate.
- Dragging slide durations in timeline view is now more reliable when using cut transitions.

The update introduces enhanced map customization with multiple styles and icons for travel routes, along with improved reliability and performance in the Map Assistant and a fix for app launch crashes.

- Map layers now offer the flexibility of multiple styles and icons for a single travel route. In the Map Assistant right-click on a route point to change the style from this point onward.
- Improved reliability and performance in the Map Assistant.
- Narration tracks are no longer listed in audio credits.
- Fixed a crash at app launch time.
- Internal stability improvements.
